3.3. LinkResellers does not guarantee the indefinite permanence of published content on third-party sites.
4.1. The user commits to providing truthful and complete information in each publication request.
4.2. The use of LinkResellers for distributing illegal, defamatory, misleading content or content that violates copyright is not permitted.
4.3. LinkResellers reserves the right to reject any content deemed inappropriate or that fails to comply with these terms.
5.1. LinkResellers is not responsible for changes to third-party sites that may affect the availability of published content.
5.2. If a third-party website removes or modifies published content, LinkResellers will not be obligated to issue refunds or compensation, except as established in Section 7.
6.1. The user guarantees they possess the necessary rights to the content submitted for publication or have the respective authorizations.
6.2. LinkResellers does not acquire ownership rights over content managed through its platform.
7.1. Content published through LinkResellers will remain available for a minimum period of 12 months, except in exceptional circumstances affecting the operability of the third-party site.
7.2. If a website ceases to be operational or removes published content before 12 months, the user accepts that this situation is beyond LinkResellers's control.
7.3. LinkResellers is not obligated to issue automatic refunds. However, in case of early content removal for reasons beyond the user's control and not justified in the site operator's terms, a partial refund or service replacement may be evaluated.
8.1. LinkResellers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the platform.
8.2. Continued use of LinkResellers services after any modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Colombia.
9.2. Any dispute arising from the use of LinkResellers services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Colombian courts.
